Effective October 1, 2020, if you are in a regular Chapter 11, and will be filing an amended petition electing to now proceed under Subchapter V, please utilize the new event set forth.  The new event added to the CM/ECF pick list is titled Amended Petition to Proceed Under Subchapter V. It is located in the Bankruptcy>Other menu category. This event is to be used when changing from Chapter 11 to Chapter 11 Subchapter V. It is not to be used to convert a case from any other chapter to a Chapter 11 Subchapter V.
