The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona is pleased to announce that Dr. Khadijia White-Thomas has been selected as Clerk of Court for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona, effective January 1, 2023. She will be joining the court as Clerk Designee on December 5, 2022.

Dr. White-Thomas is currently Chief Deputy Clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California. Prior to that, she served as Chief Deputy Clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona from 2015-2019. She started her federal career in 1996 as a Bankruptcy Case Administrator in Illinois and has held many positions with the federal judiciary including serving as Clerk of Court for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of Illinois. In addition to her over twenty years of experience in court operations and administration, Dr. White-Thomas earned a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership and a Master's Degree in Public Policy Administration.
