In the event of a government shutdown, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona will remain open and continue with normal operations. All proceedings and deadlines will remain in effect as scheduled.

Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) will also remain in operation for the electronic filing of documents.
