The U.S. Trustee Program is implementing virtual § 341 meetings of creditors via Zoom in all Chapter 7, 12, and 13 cases with § 341 meetings held on or after June 3, 2024. At this time, Chapter 11 § 341 meetings will continue in their current format. In anticipation of this June 3 date, the language in our notices will change effective May 1, 2024.

The UST will be conducting Training Sessions for virtual § 341 Meetings via ZOOM.
