This is a final reminder to all electronic filers that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Arizona will be upgrading its current CM/ECF system to NextGen this weekend. Due to the upgrade, CM/ECF will be unavailable starting at 5pm on Thursday, June 24th through Monday, June 28th at 8:30am.

In order to file in our Court starting on June 28th, you must link your upgraded PACER account with your ECF filing account. You will not be able to file until the linking process has been completed. We encourage you to visit our NextGen page for further information if you have not already done so.
