Beginning on November 25, 2013 Judge Daniel P. Collins will be presiding over the Prescott calendar. You may contact the Courtroom Deputy for the assigned Judge for specific information on requesting/setting hearings, telephonic hearings, or video conference appearance.

Hearing dates for Prescott and Flagstaff are provided for short hearings of 15 minutes or less. If parties require oral argument, evidence to be presented, or any matter that will take a substantial amount of time the parties should contact courtroom deputy, Rhonda Vaughan at dpcecfhearing@azb.uscourts.gov or call (602) 682-4228. (Please note that any mail for Prescott should be sent to the Phoenix office at 230 N. First Ave, Suite 101, Phoenix, AZ 85003)

NORTHERN ARIZONA TELEPHONIC AND VIDEO INFORMATION

Parties may appear by video conference by going to the Phoenix Courthouse, 3rd. Floor Courtroom.  Location is subject to change.  The call in phone number for Northern Arizona will be posted 7-10 days prior to the hearing date and parties wishing to appear telephonically should contact Rhonda Vaughan at mail to: dpcecfhearing@azb.uscourts.gov  or at (602)-682-4228, to provide the case name, and the name of the person who will be appearing by phone.

The telephonic hearings for the northern Arizona calendar will be closely monitored. Anyone interrupting the proceedings with any background noise will be disconnected immediately and will not be permitted to appear telephonically in the future. Please DO NOT place the call on speaker phone unless you are able to mute your phone. Once your hearing is called, un-mute your phone and take the court off speaker. Being on speaker phone causes issues with the telephonic calls which could result in your call being disconnected. Also, DO NOT place the call on hold. This will cause the immediate termination of the call. There is also concern regarding the use of cell phones and the impact on the quality of the call. Therefore, if at all possible, please call in on a land line.
